The votes have been counted and the results are in. Meet Conestoga Valley’s 2025 homecoming court! The titles belong to Ella Cheek, Asa Diaz Cruz, Hannah Gensel, Delaney Hartlaub, Alyssa Landis, Tia Logan, Emery Murray, and Rylee Ripchinski! These beautiful girls have made an impact on their class, displaying the beauty and grace welcomed on the court.

Now, of course the girls will make it to the dance, and one will even take home the title of queen, but what will they wear? An anti-climactic choice to some is a meticulous decision for the girls of the court. What panache will follow these girls to homecoming?

Let’s visit with Ella first! Ella Cheek (12) has her homecoming dance dress picked and ready to wear for the big night. “It has tiers,” Ella started, “It’s kind of sparkly and gold.” Ella went on to describe her dress as “kind of different” and “kind of unique.” Ella’s statement on her dress sets a high standard for the rest of the court, showing the girls that she’s ready to stand out and shine!

Let’s hear from Hannah next! Hannah Gensel (12) seems to have her choice secured. “I’m thinking of going all black,” says Hannah, “and then having a pop of color in the shoes.” She talks with excitement and certainty, showing her readiness to make her own statement and take on the court. A little color can go a long way!

Let’s talk with Delaney! Delaney Hartlaub (12) has thought and landed on a decision as to what dress will escort her to the dance. “It’s pink,” stated Delaney. She was ready to share her color choice, landing on the classic, feminine tone. Delaney continued her thought, “and sparkly with flowers on it.”, layering a pop of greenery onto her blushing fashion choice.

Does Alyssa have a plan? Almost! Alyssa Landis (12) is stuck in the middle of two choices. “I’m in between the colors red and blue.”, Alyssa explains, “They have halter necklines.” Maybe Alyssa will lean into red, or maybe she’ll land on blue! Wait until the big night to see where she goes!

Let’s find Tia’s idea next! Tia Logan (12) has stuck to her own tradition for two years in a row! “A red dress” Tia stated simply, “and black shoes.” Her choice is firm and steady, having accompanied her to a homecoming in the past. Obviously, she loved the combo and sometimes, familiar is best!

What about Emery? She has the same question. Emery Murray (12) isn’t sure! “I have no idea,” Emery admitted, “I didn’t pick out my dress yet, but I think it’s going to be pink.” She added further, “Light pink and black flats.” While Emery may not be positively sure, she seems to be heading down a set path. Just like Tia and red, Emery has created a tradition of her own with pink!

One last girl is waiting to share! Let’s find Rylee! Rylee Ripchinski (12) is prepared for homecoming night as a girl of the court. She knows exactly what she wants! “My dress is going to be plum.”, Rylee shared, “It’s rouged and has two straps.” A classy and timeless choice from Rylee will definitely catch eyes, and maybe even push her towards the crown!

How can we forget? What about Asa? Well, Asa Diaz Cruz (12) may not know what dress will take her to homecoming, but she does know what she wants from the night. “I just want to have a good time. I want to make it really memorable.” Asa stated, “I feel like it’s already started to build to that and I just want to make the most of it.” The themes of a good time and memorable moments are wanted unanimously throughout the court.

The girls have spoken! Now, the big night of Homecoming 2025 will have the first, true look of the style from these girls, but we heard the drafts here first! These beauties will attend their big night, reach for the crown, and look amazing doing it! With each unique choice, the light of these girls shine through. While only one will leave with the title of queen, they’ll all take with them the memories, love, and style that comes with homecoming. Here’s to making Homecoming 2025 a night to remember. Congratulations girls, stay sparkling!
