The countdown is on for Conestoga Valley’s annual prom, and students are buzzing with excitement as the big day approaches.

The main event organizer, Ms. Kuhn, shared that this year’s prom will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Eden Resort. The evening kicks off with a social hour from 5–6 PM, followed by dinner, and then plenty of time on the dance floor.

Kuhn also said, “I haven’t settled on a theme yet, but the theme is what determines the decorations for the evening.”

Charles Dembrosky, assistant principal, emphasized the importance of safety and tradition. “Prom is from 5 to 10, having everyone lined up right before they can get in, and making sure there are no issues, and it’s safe like always,” he said. He explained the highlight of the night is crowning prom king and queen around 8 PM, after everything warms up.

Seniors are especially looking forward to the night. Lia Tapia (12) who described herself as a “Big senior!,” said she’s most excited to celebrate her final year at CV with prom.

Andy Bonhomme (12)  is looking forward to “memories and pictures with friends,” along with the after party.

For Cyani Edwards (12),  this will be her first prom at CV. “I’m excited about getting ready, dressing up, looking cute, and most definitely making it a night for the books!” she said with a smile.

Though the theme is still undecided, students and staff agree the night will be filled with unforgettable moments. Whether it’s the dinner, the dancing, or the memories made, CV’s 2026 prom is set to be a night to remember.
